Role Overview

The Senior HR Executive supports Lightnet’s rapid growth by managing end-to-end HR operations, talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Compliance

Support recruitment across commercial, tech, compliance, and operations roles.

Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding logistics.

Partner with hiring managers to ensure timely and quality hires.

Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

Grow and retain existing institutional relationships.

Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across corridors and products.

Coordinate onboarding with Compliance, Operations, and Treasury teams‍

People & Culture

Support performance review cycles and compensation processes.

Act as a point of contact for employee relations matters.

Assist in HR initiatives related to culture, engagement, and learning.

Skills & Qualifications

5–8 years of HR experience, preferably in fintech, tech, or financial services.

Strong knowledge of HR operations and labor regulations.

Experience supporting multi-country or regional teams is a plus.

High attention to detail and confidentiality.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Fluent in English; Thai language preferred.
