Role Overview

Ecommerce Manager – TikTok will be responsible for driving sales growth, brand visibility, and customer engagement through TikTok’s e-commerce ecosystem. This role requires strong expertise in marketplace management, campaign optimization, and influencer collaboration, along with data-driven decision-making to maximize performance.


Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Operations & Strategy

  • Develop and execute the overall TikTok Marketplace strategy to achieve sales and growth targets.
  • Oversee daily operations including product uploads, pricing, inventory management, promotions, and order fulfillment.
  • Manage TikTok Seller Center and ensure smooth operations across all functions.


Sales & Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute TikTok-specific campaigns, promotions, and participation in TikTok Mega Sales events.
  • Optimize product listings with compelling content, visuals, and keywords to improve traffic and conversion rates.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing actionable insights and weekly/monthly reporting.


Influencer & Content Collaboration

  • Work closely with TikTok KOLs, affiliates, and creators to drive product visibility and sales.
  • Coordinate with internal marketing and creative teams to develop engaging content that aligns with TikTok trends.
  • Manage live-streaming activities, ensuring smooth execution and performance tracking.


Customer Engagement & Experience

  • Monitor customer feedback, reviews, and queries to ensure high satisfaction and positive brand perception.
  • Collaborate with customer service teams to resolve marketplace-related issues promptly.


Data & Insights

  • Track KPIs (traffic, conversion, ROI, customer acquisition cost, etc.) to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on TikTok e-commerce trends, competitor activities, and algorithm changes to maintain a competitive edge.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace management, preferably with TikTok.
  • Strong knowledge of TikTok Seller Center and TikTok Shop ecosystem.
  • Proven track record of managing sales growth and executing campaigns in online marketplaces.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel and data tools.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills (especially with KOLs/affiliates).
  • Creative mindset with awareness of TikTok trends and consumer behavior.
  • Proficiency in English and Thai, both written and spoken.
