Position: Marketing Manager
Objective: The Marketing Manager is responsible for executing marketing initiatives that grow awareness and engagement on the Sale Here platform across three key audiences: shoppers, reviewers, and brands — working under the direction of marketing leadership.
Responsibilities
Area 1: Attracting Shoppers & Reviewers (B2C)
- Execute Brand Awareness campaigns to introduce the platform to the general public
- Plan and run Performance Marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google — manage budget, optimize, and report performance
- Implement the Content Plan to keep the platform engaging, relevant, and relatable
- Run day-to-day Social Media operations — posting, community management, and growing organic reach
- Coordinate with Influencers / KOLs to attract reviewers to the platform
- Execute campaigns that encourage users to write reviews and share experiences
Area 2: Supporting Brand Credibility & B2B Acquisition
- Help produce Case Studies and Success Stories from brands using the platform
- Coordinate and run Events, Webinars, and Roadshows for brand partners
- Support the production of Thought Leadership Content (Insight Reports, Whitepapers, Industry Data)
- Manage assets in the B2B Content Funnel (Awareness → Interest → Decision)
- Work with the Sales team to prepare Marketing Materials supporting deal closing
Area 3: Brand Image & Identity
- Ensure all communications follow the platform's Brand Identity (Tone of Voice, Visual Direction, Brand Personality)
- Coordinate PR activities and maintain relationships with media contacts
- Monitor online reputation and respond/escalate appropriately
- Support Community Brand activities so users feel a sense of belonging
- Apply the Messaging Framework consistently across all channels
Qualifications
✔️ 3–5 years of experience in Marketing
✔️ Hands-on experience in both B2C and B2B Marketing (B2C as primary)
✔️ Solid skills in Performance Marketing, Content Execution, Social Media, Influencer Coordination, and Event Operations
✔️ Working knowledge of Data Analytics & Campaign Reporting (GA, Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics)
✔️ Balance of Creative and Analytical thinking — understands consumer behavior and can interpret campaign metrics
✔️ Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate cross-functionally (Sales, Design, Content)
💰 Estimated Salary: 40,000 – 60,000 THB / month
