Business Development Manager

We’re looking for a driven relationship-builder to help grow our commercial painting business by connecting with property managers, facility managers, and commercial real estate professionals.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop new business opportunities

• Build relationships with property & facility managers

• Prospect through calls, email, LinkedIn, networking, and in-person visits

• Schedule site walkthroughs and help close new contracts

• Work alongside our estimating team to deliver proposals

Ideal Background:

• B2B sales or business development experience

• Experience with commercial construction or facility services is a plus

• Strong networking and communication skills

• Self-motivated and results-driven

Compensation:

• Base salary + commission

• Uncapped earning potential
