WAVV's looking for a Product Manager who’s comfortable with a little unpredictability. We’re a small, fast-moving team with clear goals and big roadmap items, but the day-to-day rarely goes exactly as planned. New information shows up, priorities shift, and we have to focus on doing what actually moves the needle. If you enjoy figuring things out as you go (and don’t need everything buttoned up to be effective), you’ll feel right at home.

In this role, you’ll help turn high-level roadmap goals into shipped product, working closely with engineers, leadership, and customers along the way. You’ll balance planned work with the unexpected, make thoughtful tradeoffs, and keep momentum going when things get a little messy. If you like owning outcomes, collaborating closely with smart people, and figuring out how to delight users, we’d love to meet you!

Responsibilities

• Turn fuzzy ideas and real customer problems into shippable product
• Make smart calls with incomplete information and keep things moving
• Work shoulder-to-shoulder with engineers to define scope, tradeoffs, and priorities
• Talk to customers early and often, then translate what you learn into action
• Create just enough structure to keep momentum without slowing anyone down

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a fast-paced or startup environment
• Proven ability to define, prioritize, and deliver product initiatives with cross-functional teams
• Strong judgment and decision-making skills when working with incomplete or evolving information
• Clear, effective communicator with engineers, stakeholders, and customers
