Role Description

As Vice President of Estimating and Business Development, you will oversee bid proposals, provide accurate construction cost estimations, manage budgets, and develop strategic relationships to drive business growth. You will lead the estimating team, analyze project requirements, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure competitive and accurate submissions for new opportunities. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Chattanooga, TN. Salary is negotiable but will include Health, Dental and Vision as well as a matching 401K program and year end Bonus.. Moving expenses will be considered if applicable for the right candidate.


Qualifications

  • Expertise in Construction Estimating and Cost Management
  • Proficiency in Budgeting and Financial Planning for construction projects.
  • Knowledge and use of programs such as Procore and PlanSwift is required.
  • Strong Project Management skills, with the ability to lead teams and meet deadlines
  • Solid background in Construction Management, including knowledge of materials, methods, and compliance standards
  • Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication and development skills
  • Ability to establish and nurture client relationships to support business development. Find us more work!
  • Proficiency with construction estimating software and tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years experience and /or currently in a Sr. Estimating role.
  • Development of an intern program with various Schools and other programs.
