Chief Investment Officer – Article 9 Impact Private Equity Fund

Snipe RH has been mandated to support the launch of a new impact investment platform being developed within a newly created private equity management company, backed by a world-class cornerstone shareholder.

This entrepreneurial initiative aims to build a leading international investment platform, driven by a differentiated strategy and an innovative approach to value creation at the intersection of private equity, impact investing, and major global economic transformations.

The fund, classified as Article 9 under SFDR, will pursue a global investment strategy across Europe, Asia, and the United States. The platform’s ambition is to support high-potential companies capable of delivering both sustainable financial performance and measurable large-scale impact.

As part of its build-out, our client is seeking to appoint its future Chief Investment Officer.

Reporting directly to the founders and acting as a key member of the leadership team, the CIO will define and lead the overall investment strategy of the platform, including sourcing, origination, execution, portfolio construction, investment governance, and value creation across portfolio companies.

The successful candidate will also play a central role in the institutional structuring of the fund, investor engagement, and the progressive build-out of an international investment team.

The ideal candidate will combine:

• significant experience in private equity or growth investing within a leading investment platform;
• strong transactional and strategic credibility across international deals;
• a genuine understanding of impact investing and the structural transformations shaping the global economy;
• a demonstrated ability to operate in demanding entrepreneurial environments and build platforms from the ground up;
• the leadership stature required to engage with top-tier institutional investors, founders, and international advisers.
