What You’ll Do
Lead Technology-Enhanced Learning
- Partner with academic leaders, faculty, and the learning design team to integrate technology into curriculum and course delivery
- Ensure a seamless, high-quality experience across learning systems, including the LMS
- Evaluate and recommend new tools that enhance teaching and learning
- Manage course shell migration and ensure timely readiness for each term
- Maintain and optimize instructional technology systems and resources
- Collaborate with IT partners to resolve system integrations (e.g., Canvas, CampusNexus)
- Troubleshoot technical issues and support system-related requests
- Create clear, user-friendly guides and resources
- Deliver training and professional development in partnership with the Center for Teaching Excellence
- Support adoption of tools like Respondus, analytics platforms, and other integrated technologies
- Supervise and mentor an Instructional Technologist
- Serve as a key liaison across departments and external partners
- Build strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders to ensure aligned, effective solutions
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate technology effectiveness
- Support program reviews and accreditation efforts with LMS and system data
- Continuously refine processes based on insights and evolving best practices

- Bachelor’s degree in education, computer science, or related field (required)
- Master’s in educational technology or learning design (preferred)
- Experience with LMS platforms (Canvas preferred), Respondus, CampusNexus, and Office 365
- Background in higher education and instructional technology
- Strong technical expertise across educational systems and tools
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into action
- Clear, adaptable communication across diverse audiences

- Experience leading projects and supporting team members
