Project Manager (all genders)

The mission of our Public Safety business unit is to ensure that the police, ambulance services and fire brigades can focus on the very heart of their work – saving lives.
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager (all genders) to implement our software-based information and communication solutions for our international clients.
Your tasks

• Comprehensive project ownership for international customer projects – commercial, technical, and organizational – in close collaboration with the technical lead and project team
• Strategic planning and operational management of critical project elements such as budget, schedule, quality, scope of work, and payment milestones
• Ongoing project reporting and consistent goal tracking to ensure compliance with agreed standards and KPIs
• Active management and execution of risk, claim, and change management processes to ensure project success
• Professional stakeholder management – internal and external – with a focus on sustainable communication and expectation management
• Identification and generation of change requests, including offer coordination in close alignment with the sales team

What we offer you
The remuneration for this position consists of: The collective agreement minimum salary of EUR 47,810 gross per year (based on a 38.5 hour week) PLUS an overpayment in line with the market depending on your professional qualifications and experience.
