VP of IT, Digital Applications

We are looking for a VP of IT, Digital Applications to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

This executive-level role will lead the strategy, development, and optimization of enterprise digital applications, driving innovation, scalability, and business alignment across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the IT digital applications strategy, aligning technology initiatives with business objectives
• Lead the development, implementation, and optimization of enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, and other business systems)
• Partner with executive leadership and business units to identify opportunities for digital transformation and process improvement
• Oversee application lifecycle management, including upgrades, integrations, and system enhancements
• Drive data-driven decision-making through improved systems, reporting, and analytics capabilities
• Ensure scalability, security, and performance of all digital platforms
• Manage vendor relationships, including software providers and system integrators
• Build and lead a high-performing IT applications team
• Oversee IT governance, budgets, and resource planning
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies and trends to maintain competitive advantage

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including enterprise applications oversight
• Strong experience with ERP, CRM, and enterprise system implementations
• Proven track record in digital transformation and business process optimization
• Experience managing large-scale IT projects and cross-functional initiatives
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience with cloud-based systems, integrations, and modern IT architecture
