About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support cross-functional IT initiatives and ensure timely delivery of projects. You will work closely with project managers, business stakeholders, and technical teams to drive execution, communication, and tracking of key deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track project activities to ensure timely delivery
• Schedule meetings, capture minutes, and manage follow-ups
• Maintain project documentation, schedules, and RAID logs
• Support scope definition and high-level requirements gathering
• Monitor project status, risks, and resource forecasts using reporting tools
• Assist in communication materials (reports, presentations, updates)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage expectations and project progress
• Support end-to-end execution including design, testing, and deployment phases

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of project coordination / project management experience
• Experience managing large-scale programs
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication (written & verbal) and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and tools like Asana

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in government or public sector projects
• PMP or CAPM certification
