We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our Global Partner Operations organization, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing go-to-market strategies, optimizing business processes, and enabling partner program success at scale. Responsibilities:
- Lead go-to-market planning for the global partner organization, including the design and implementation of coverage models, productivity targets, quota credit and compensation rules, territory definitions, and account assignments
- Coordinate partner sales initiatives by collaborating with stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations to optimize pipeline impact and define the engagement blueprint between direct sales and the partner organization
- Design and operationalize business processes for partner programs by ensuring the right processes, systems, enablement resources, and reporting structures are in place to support program execution and long-term success
- Partner with Finance and Sales Operations during the annual budgeting and planning cycle, including execution of partner commissions and incentive programs
- Monitor key performance metrics and prepare analytical reports to support senior management decision-making, providing visibility into business health and identifying actions needed for improvement
- Drive business scalability through simplification and standardization of business processes, including the sharing of best practices across teams and regions
- Identify and automate manual processes through business systems requirements analysis and design
- Gather and translate business requirements from stakeholders into technical specifications, including Salesforce integration impacts, and develop action plans for associated internal systems as needed
- Develop and maintain thorough documentation, guidance, and instructional materials to support users across the organization

- Proficiency in project management and business process documentation
- Ability to gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable implementation plans
Experience:
- 8-10 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Strategy Revenue Operations
- 5+ years of experience in business process design
- 5+ years of experience with Salesforce.com
- 5+ years of experience in business systems requirements development
- Prior experience in Partner Ecosystems is a must
- Experience in project management and business process documentation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or a related field preferred
