This a unique opportunity to work side-by-side with the CEO of a growing fintech company, operating at the center of decision-making and execution. You will take ownership of business-critical initiatives, drive momentum across the organization and play a key role in scaling the company. This role is ideal for someone coming from a top-tier environment (e.g., consulting) who wants to transition into a hands-on, high-impact operating role.
You will lead key initiatives, ensure follow-through on priorities and help maintain momentum across the business.
You will combine structured thinking with hands-on execution, stepping into projects where needed and ensuring that decisions translate into tangible results.
Key Responsibilities
Execution & Project Delivery
- Lead and deliver cross-functional strategic initiatives from planning through execution
- Translate strategic priorities into clear, actionable plans with defined owners and timelines
- Monitor progress and ensure consistent delivery against goals
- Act as a trusted partner to the CEO in driving the company’s key priorities
- Prepare decision-making materials, briefings and follow-ups
- Ensure alignment and momentum across leadership initiatives
- Drive clarity around priorities, ownership and timelines across teams
- Support leadership meetings, including agenda setting and tracking outcomes
- Help maintain focus and accountability across the organization
- Own the preparation of board presentations and supporting materials
- Ensure high-quality, structured and data-driven communication
- Support investor updates and key external communications
- Lead ad hoc initiatives across operations, product or commercial areas as needed
- 5–7 years of experience from top-tier management consulting firms such as McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group, or Bain & Company, or similar high-performance environments
- MBA is a plus, but not required
- Experience from fintech, financial services or high-growth tech companies is advantageous
- Strong execution capability with a track record of delivering results
- Structured and analytical, with the ability to simplify complexity
- Excellent communication skills, including building senior-level materials
- High level of ownership and accountability
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams
- Work closely with the CEO on the company’s most important priorities
