Investment Director

We are currently supporting an entrepreneurial investment platform in Stockholm looking to add a senior profile to its team.

The role combines investing, strategic development and hands-on value creation work across a portfolio of Nordic businesses. The successful candidate will work closely with leadership teams on growth initiatives, operational improvements and long-term business building.

Key responsibilities:

• Evaluate new investment opportunities, commercial initiatives and strategic projects

• Work closely with portfolio company management teams on operational and growth-related initiatives

• Drive value creation projects across strategy, expansion, performance improvement and organizational development

• Support M&A processes, integrations and strategic execution initiatives

• Prepare materials and recommendations for senior stakeholders and investment discussions

• Take ownership of projects independently in a lean and entrepreneurial environment

Ideal background:

• 5–8 years of experience from MBB, private equity and/or principal investing

• Strong exposure to value creation, operational initiatives or transformation projects

• Experience working directly with senior stakeholders and management teams

• Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in lean, high-responsibility environments
