The People Operations and Technology team at Chainalysis is building a seamless, scalable, and data-driven employee experience. The People Programs Lead will own and drive core operational and employee lifecycle programs, lead end-to-end program and project management, and redesign and scale manual processes using automation, AI, and agentic workflows.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in People (HR) Operations or a similar program management role
- Strong program and project management skills
- Excellent documentation, communications, and knowledge management skills
- Strong process improvement mindset
- Hands-on experience leveraging AI, automation, or agentic tools
- Experience supporting compliance programs and audits
