Key Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of enterprise accounts and serve as their primary point of contact
- Build account plans that map to each customer's goals, peak seasons, and expansion opportunities
- Run monthly and/or quarterly business reviews with data-backed insights on usage, fill rates, and ROI
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the GigSmart product suite (G-Force, G-Flex, G-Board)
- Forecast renewals and expansion accurately in HubSpot
- Partner with marketing, support, and product to keep accounts running smoothly
- Identify expansion opportunities — new locations, new shift types, new product lines
- Spot churn risk early and pull in the right resources to fix it
- 4+ years of B2B account management experience
- Track record of managing enterprise accounts with complex stakeholder maps
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment
- Proficiency with HubSpot or comparable CRMs
- Experience in staffing, workforce management, SaaS, or marketplace platforms
- Familiarity with hospitality, logistics, warehousing, or large events
