Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated FP&A Manager to join our growing Finance team. The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant with experience in an FP&A or equivalent role.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant (CIMA/ACA or equivalent)
• Experience in an FP&A or finance analyst role, ideally within financial services or a regulated environment
• Exceptional financial modelling and analytical skills, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close processes
• Good communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly to non-finance colleagues
• High attention to detail, well-organised, and able to manage deadlines in a remote working environment
