We’re looking for a Regional Operations Director to lead operations across our Ohio centers. This role focuses on driving performance, maximizing capacity, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations across multiple locations.
Travel between centers in Cleveland and Columbus, OH is required.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily operations, staffing, and facility management
- Ensure centers operate at or near full capacity
- Track and improve key metrics (utilization, attendance, staffing)
- Lead and support operational staff across sites
- Partner with clinical and executive leadership to align operations
- Implement scalable processes and improve efficiency
- Support growth through staffing, scheduling, and client acquisition efforts
- Experience managing multi-site or regional operations
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Data-driven with a focus on performance and efficiency
