THE WORK
As a Sourcing Performance Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in supporting Supply Chain Management (SCM) in various market segments within RMS. . Your responsibilities will include generating insightful reports, presenting to senior leaders, devising strategies to support material base objectives, tracking budget performance, and providing actionable intelligence to enhance sourcing strategies. You'll collaborate closely with Subcontract Program Managers, Program Managers, Program Finance and Operations Finance, serving as the primary point of contact for the supply chain leads of your assigned market segments.
Additionally, you'll be responsible for leading the SPA team's expansion into new Product Lines, working with senior leadership to strategize and methodically roll out our services to focus programs. You'll onboard new programs, advocate to and work alongside internal customers to develop new or improve existing processes that implement our valued services.
Key Responsibilities
- Material Base Management:
- Generate monthly reports, develop sales outlooks, and formulate sales strategies.
- Conduct thorough analysis to identify sales risks and capitalize on opportunities.
- Baselining:
- Establish clear material baselines and integrate program challenges into achievable strategic plans.
- Budget Tracking:
- Analyze the supply chain's budgetary performance throughout program execution phases.
- Targeting Strategies:
- Develop and implement strategic targeting approaches to meet budget objectives.
- Continuously adapt targets throughout the program lifecycle based on evolving requirements.
- Cost Modeling:
- Develop Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) models and conduct cross-platform product comparisons to inform decision-making processes.
- Strategic Insights:
- Provide actionable intelligence to support the formulation and execution of sourcing strategies.
- StOP (statement of problem) Resolution:
- Support or obtain approval for resolution of over-target situations within the context of Statement of Problem orders (StOP).

Ability to work remotely
Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
