Software Engineer Intern

We're a small team of investors and builders running one of the Nordics' most active early-stage funds. We've built most of our own tooling, and we're hiring an engineer to help extend it.

About the role

We are looking for a software engineer with at least one year remaining of their studies to build, improve and ship the tools we use every day: sourcing systems, research agents, MCPs and data pipelines that connect the fast-moving outside world to our CRM, research stack and other systems.

We've built our own sourcing infrastructure - signal aggregation, research agents, CRM automations across email and Slack, and MCP integrations across all our internal systems. You'll be working shoulder to shoulder with the investment team - in and extending that stack.

We use AI aggressively in our own work, and we expect you to do the same, and to push us further.

What you’ll work on

• Build and ship internal tools in Python and TypeScript to find and evaluate startups; support our portfolio, automate our work, and re-architect and re-design parts of our stack
• Refine and iterate on existing internal tools and agents
• Work side-by-side with the investment team to identify and automate repetitive processes
• Assist in the investment process through technical research and due diligence
• Engage with our growing portfolio of early-stage startups

What we’re looking for

• Pursuing a MSc or BSc at a top university in CS or adjacent field, with at least one year left
• Solid Python & TypeScript fundamentals, and comfortable with agents, web scrapers, databases, and building things end-to-end
• Forward-leaning on coding agents – you have opinions about context engineering and you’re curious to try new tech to build faster and better
• Genuine passion for startups and early-stage tech, coupled with a strong curiosity
• Prior engineering experience building in a startup is a strong plus
• Based in Stockholm and fluent in English; Swedish is a plus
