About The Role
We are searching for a Recruiter-Level 1 on behalf of our client. This is a 1-year contract assignment.(W-2) The person would be a experienced Recruiter who excels at the challenge of finding hard-to-find talent and building trusted relationships. You'll manage full-cycle recruitment across a variety of roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver top talent. You'll own everything from sourcing and screening to closing candidates all while creating a positive, seamless experience for everyone involved. You will report to the onsite Manager.
LOCATED - in Juno Beach, FL 33408 ONSITE - 5 days per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for mid-level roles, from intake to offer
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft effective sourcing strategies
- Identify and engage top talent through advanced sourcing techniques—Boolean, social media, networking, and creative outreach
- Build and maintain strong pipelines for hard-to-fill and niche roles
- Screen candidates for both skills and culture fit
- Facilitate structured interviews and support consistent hiring decisions
- Negotiate offers aligned with compensation benchmarks and candidate expectations
- Contribute to diversity hiring efforts and inclusive recruitment practices
- Support employer branding through compelling job postings and social presence
- Bachelor's Degree
- Prior experience, ideally at agency and corporate
- Passion for sourcing and a proven ability to find and engage hard-to-reach talent
- Strong relationship-building skills with hiring managers, candidates, and peers
- Experience with sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS systems)
- Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skills
- Commitment to delivering great experiences for candidates and stakeholders alike
