Assistant Dean, University Advising

Master’s degree required At least two or more years of experience in advising, counseling, or in related fields in a higher education setting or equivalent combination of education and experience An established record of accomplishment promoting student development programs and building positive relationships Excellent interpersonal, human relations, teaching/presenting and problem-solving skills A collaborative disposition and posses the ability to think both critically and strategically Strong quantitative and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

2-3 years advising, counselor or comparable experience ; with data systems, such as Ellucian Banner and EAB /Navigate, and Degree Works
