Requirements

• Excellent spoken and written English with strong, proactive communication skills
• 3-5 years hands-on experience in a GTM Engineering, RevOps, or Growth Engineering role
• Expert-level proficiency in Clay
• Deep understanding of enterprise SaaS GTM motions
• Proven track record building outbound or lead enrichment systems that drove measurable pipeline impact in a B2B SaaS environment
• Strong working knowledge of the modern GTM stack
• Comfortable writing API calls, working with webhooks, and reading basic JSON and JavaScript
• Strong diagnostic thinking
• Understanding of how enrichment and scoring connect to downstream sales activity and pipeline conversion
• Confident presenting your work and reasoning to senior commercial stakeholders
• Ability to self-manage documentation, workflow ownership, and stakeholder updates without heavy oversight
