Project Manager

About the role:

Seraya is looking for a sharp, solution-oriented Project Manager to join our growing team. You'll own our projects end to end: keeping things on track, spotting problems before they surface, and making sure the team is performing at its best. This is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with our creative and strategy teams, not from the sidelines. You'll also help shape how we operate: refining processes, raising the bar on delivery, and making sure every project moves forward with momentum.

On your daily to-do list:

• Own the end-to-end management of client projects, from kickoff to delivery
• Plan timelines, scope, and resources – and keep everything on track
• Work hand in hand with creative, strategy, and production teams
• Take ownership of how the team operates and help everyone deliver at their best

Who you are:

• Experience managing projects in an agency, creative, or marketing environment
• Background in content and creative processes. You see the craft, not just the deliverable
• Solution-oriented and proactive
• Genuinely interested in creative work and want to be part of it, not just oversee it
• Fluent in both Swedish and English
