Job Purpose

Responsible for the execution of tasks in the Technology Support Services, ensuring data quality when dealing with distributor and wholesalers data and taking care of administration of field sales systems.

Key Responsibilities

Distributor and Wholesalers ERP interface and coordination

  • Support distributors’ and wholesalers' system and CCEP ERP integration deployment
  • Perform and monitor data sync, improve data quality of distributors/wholesaler data
  • Support coordination, building and testing activities related to distributors’ and wholesalers’ ERP interfaces

Admin of Field Sales System

  • Manage field sales system content (e.g., add / remove selling stories via Showpad) and manage field sales system admin (e.g., add / remove questionnaires, create campaigns, maintenance of CCE Products
  • Create Scorecards in Salesforce / RedOne, used by KAM and Field Sales daily as a guide to ensure that each strategy is followed
  • List active users and required roles/authorizations on specific field sales systems incl. licence management
  • Apply & Test new implementations of field sales systems (e.g., testing new system versions)

Technology Query Management

  • Elaborate and solve received queries and, when needed, escalate to II level of assistance
  • Create incidents reports, analyse data and produce insights
  • Communicate widespread IT issues to impacted stakeholders
  • Conduct training on all field sales tools deployed - Corporate & Legacy- to enable an effective level I assistance

CRM Management

  • Grant access, roles and manage user administration, including user onboarding, offboarding and change of roles
  • Support CRM localizations to meet countries’ specificities and language requirements
  • Test and implement new functionalities in coordination with BPT including activities

Experience Required

Experience of training new processes or skills

Language Capability & expert level

English – proficient

Country dedicated language – Dutch - proficient

Education & Qualifications Required

  • Relevant university degree
