Requirements

• Edit short-form and mid-length videos such as reels, social media ads, promos, and content explainers.
• Implement engaging hooks, dynamic pacing, and a strong narrative rhythm to maximize viewer retention.
• Tailor editing styles to suit platform-specific behaviors.
• Enhance video quality through thoughtful color grading, text animations, transitions, and immersive sound design.
• Collaborate closely with writers, designers, and creative leads to bring scripts and visual concepts to life.
• Stay updated on current editing trends, meme formats, cultural references, and audio trends to keep content fresh and relatable.
• Analyze ad performance metrics and apply learnings to improve edits for better click-through and completion rates.
• Edit videos in the required language Marathi, ensuring linguistic accuracy, cultural relevance, and strong storytelling for the target audience.
