This full-time, salaried position is a hybrid role based out of our office in Peabody, MA. US-based remote candidates will also be considered.

Your Impact:
- Strong understanding of ETL process in and ability to translate business objectives into BI-ready tables.
- Work closely with the Senior Report Developers to understand project requirements and technical solutions.
- Manage OneLake structures, DirectLake models, semantic models, and data flows.
- Promote best practices in database design and query optimization within the team.
- Assist in managing Tables, Views, and Stored Procedures in Snowflake environment.
- Develop Power BI reports according to established standards and best practices.
- Perform testing and troubleshooting to ensure report accuracy and functionality.
- Assist in optimizing report performance and user experience.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience developing Power BI reports.
- Strong understanding of report development principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in Power BI desktop and Power BI service.
- 2+ years experience with SQL (Snowflake, MS SQL Server)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Power Automate and SSRS Report experience preferred.
- Experience with Jira for workflow tracking preferred.
- Experience using GitHub for report change management preferred.
