Success in this role depends on strong collaboration with our internal recruiter teams to ensure client needs are consistently met. You will:


Provide insight and differentiation to win new business and grow accounts

Partner closely with talent delivery teams throughout the sourcing and onboarding process

Deliver exceptional customer service at all times

Stay up to date with market trends and act as a trusted advisor



⭐ What You Bring


1–2 years’ experience in recruitment sales or account management

Proven ability to identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities

Strong market territory planning skills

Experience working in a performance-driven environment

Strong communication and networking skills

A resilient, driven, never‑give‑up mindset



➕ Bonus Points If You Have


Recruitment experience in the technology sector

Salesforce CRM experience

Exposure to sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or Business Value Messaging
