Your responsibilities will be diverse, ranging from setting up new equipment to assisting colleagues with their technical inquiries and maintaining system efficiency. Every interaction is an opportunity to solve a problem, learn something new, and create a positive experience for someone else.
Some Of Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Providing first-line IT support via phone, tickets, and in person
- Manage system accesses, devices, and software for new employees
- Managing and resolving support tickets in ServiceNow
- Maintaining smooth operations in Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, and Active Directory environments

To effectively contribute in this role, we think you’ll need:
- An interest in IT and technology, and curiosity to keep learning
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, or Active Directory
- Experience with ServiceNow or other ticket management tool
- Proficiency in Swedish and fluency in English, both spoken and written
- Minimum 3 years experience in an identical role
