Have a permanent role available as the "Head of Global Sales" in Singapore. My client is a global MNC where they employ >70k staff globally.

BUDGET: up to SGD 300k (base + bonus)
**Somewhat flexible**
HIGH LEVEL DETAILS:
- Must have a stable work history (not jumping around every 1-2 years)
- Should have anywhere between 15 - 27 years of work experience
- You'll have a global scope ex-China (leading a P&L between USD 300m - 1B)
- Must have a strong sales/commercial background + "solution selling/selling value"
- Must have premium paperboard products experience in either FBB, SBB, LPB, or flexible packaging within FMCG brand owners
- Must speak fluent English (Mandarin's a plus but not a must)
- Lead a team of 15-20 people so you must be a proven people leader
- Global stakeholder management
- Travel up to 35-40% initially (it'll scale down once you get your feet wet)
- SOFT SKILLS: big-picture thinking, outspoken, to-the-point manner, leadership presence, hands-on as needed, managing stakeholder expectations, results-oriented, articulate, building positive relationships, gets things done
