Business Analyst

The Business Analyst will support directly the program's stakeholders with providing relevant data

reports, derived from the provided tools and sources. The Business Analyst will help with the analysis

of the data according to the business case and communicate it on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Support business processes and workflow.
• Identifiy any associated issues and risks.
• Monitor performance and results and provide relevant analysis.
• Is in charge of database management.
• Perform data and application maintenance updates.
• Take ownership of processes and individual tasks/responsibilities.
• Escalate database issues and acts as a first POC for customer escalations.
• Communicate to both internal and external clients.
• Identify, escalate data and program specific issues to appropriate level of management.
• Proactively identify internal and external best practices that will enable improvement of the
• standard end-to-end process.
• Generate and analyze Tier I & II client reporting.
• Work closely with external stakeholders to develop and improve processes.

• Fluency in English.
• Strong analytical thinking.
• Previous experience in Supply chain or business analyst type of role will be an advantaged
• Proficiency in working with MS Office.
• Excellent Excel skills and database management.
• Continuous attention to detail and quality.
• Very good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
