BHC USA LLC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Analyst to lead our financial operations and provide strategic data-driven insights. This role goes beyond daily bookkeeping; we are looking for a professional who can oversee complex accounting cycles, refine internal financial controls, and serve as a key advisor to management during our growth phase.
Reports to: Finance & Accounting Manager
[Responsibilities]
1. Full-Cycle Accounting & General Ledger
- Journal Entries: Execute and oversee all daily accounting transactions, ensuring accurate coding and classification.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage the entire invoice lifecycle, from verifying vendor invoices to processing payments and monitoring aging reports.
- General Ledger Management: Perform regular reconciliations of bank accounts, credit cards, and intercompany transactions to maintain an accurate GL.
- Lead the implementation and optimization of accounting functions within the Restaurant365 (R365) platform, driving integration of financial reporting, general ledger, and automated accounting workflows to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
2. Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare, review, and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual Balance Sheets (BS) and Income Statements (IS).
- COGS & Inventory Management: Monitor and analyze Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and inventory valuation to ensure accurate gross margin reporting.
- Month-End/Year-End Closing: Lead the closing process by preparing accruals, deferrals, and adjusting entries within strict deadlines.
3. Strategic Financial Support
- Budgeting & Variance Analysis: Assist in developing annual budgets and provide detailed explanations for variances between actuals and forecasts.
- Internal Controls: Establish and maintain robust internal control procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure policy compliance.
- Audit & Tax Support: Act as the primary liaison for external auditors and tax consultants, providing necessary documentation and schedules.
4. Global Reporting
- Global Reporting: Serve as a communication bridge between the U.S. entity and the Korean headquarters, ensuring cultural and operational alignment in financial reporting.
[Qualifications]
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 0-5 years of relevant accounting or finance experience
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks or SAP)
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

• Entry: 55k~65k (0~2 years, depends on experience)
• Junior: 60k~75K (2~5 years, depends on experience)
