You will work closely with our Media and Analytics teams on a daily basis for campaign management, and also cross-functionally with our Brand, PM, Strategy, and Creative teams throughout the planning and execution process. Associate Digital Specialists are an integral part of our Digital Media Department, to keep our campaigns running smoothly across all of our clients.
What this role is responsible for:
- Assist with the development of presentations for tactical media plans across multiple clients, as well as budget planning, audience building, delivery projects, and initial platform allocations
- Responsible for the day-to-day management of in-platform campaigns, including social, programmatic, and search, actively maintain campaigns that are live, recognize and recommend optimization opportunities, and troubleshoot and problem solve issues
- Assist with the creation and management recurring campaign deliverables, including pacing and actualizations for in-platform channels and partners, ensuring precision and accuracy across all documents
- Have a working understanding of the set-up of in-platform campaigns, and the nuances and rationale of all settings and setup strategies of key platforms, such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google Search, Basis, The TradeDesk, etc.
- Trafficking and QA of all media, including coordination and communication with internal and external buying teams to ensure proper execution
- Confirm and communicate all creative asset needs and specs with cross-functional teams throughout planning and execution process
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and campaign reporting, providing performance insights on digital media strategy and tactics
- Partner with Media Team to manage ongoing department responsibilities, such as flowchart actualizations, campaign billing, etc.
- Support the team in administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings and updating internal documents
- Engage and participate in internal and client meetings
What we need from you:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- An eye for details
- Exceptional organizational skills
- The ability to thrive in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment, while juggling multiple projects
- A solution-oriented and proactive mindset
- An eagerness and curiosity to learn, particularly about the digital media landscape, ad tech, and digital innovation
- Open to working in-office three days a week
Other things we’d like to see:
- Prior internship experience at a media agency
- Hands-on in-platform experience with Search, Social (Meta, TikTok and YouTube), and/or Programmatic (Google Ads, TradeDesk, Amazon, DV360, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of media math and terminology
- Working knowledge of Google suite (Slides, Sheets, Docs) and/or Microsoft Office
Our salary range for this opportunity is $25.00 to $28.00 per hour (overtime eligible). There are several factors taken into consideration in determining base salary, including but not limited to: job-related qualifications, skills, education and experience, as well as job location and the value of other elements of an employee’s total compensation package (i.e. benefits, retirement plan employer match, etc.).
