Transformation Lead (AI Adoption)

As the Transformation Lead, you will be the primary architect of change within the IT landscape of the hiring compnay. This is a strategic leadership role designed for a visionary who can bridge the gap between complex business challenges and cutting-edge technology. You will be responsible for orchestrating the digital transformation with a specific focus on integrating Artificial Intelligence to drive efficiency and enterprise value.

About the job

• Define and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with the business goals, placing a heavy emphasis on modernizing workflows through AI integration.
• Act as a change agent and IT business partner to senior leadership, translating business pain points into technical requirements and securing buy-in for large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Scout and pilot emerging technologies-specifically AI Agents, autonomous workflows, intelligent chatbots, and advanced knowledge management systems-to maintain a competitive edge.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute the roadmaps and solution

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• With 10-15 years of experience including at least 5 years leading or driving digital transformation
• Good stakeholder management skills and presentation skills to build consensus and rapport with diverse groups, from working level to C-suite executives.
• Professional fluency in English and Chinese
