- Curriculum development for the assigned brand
- Own the strategy, development, and evolution of a comprehensive curriculum that supports our annual release cadence and student engagement goals.
- Collaborate with artists and educators to create high-quality curriculum, including filming content yourself as needed.
- Design and host recurring livestreams that engage and support our members.
- Content Creation
- Lead and support end-to-end content creation, from pre-production planning through on-set execution.
- Collaborate with supporting teams on production logistics including bookings, studio scheduling, and workflow management (e.g., Asana).
- Oversee the creation and quality of supporting assets, including sheet music and backing tracks.
- Build and manage relationships with artists, contributing to planning, alignment, and pre-production processes.
- Facilitate production execution, including scripting, producing, and on-set coordination.
- Ensure quality and consistency across all content through asset management, quality assurance, corrections, and proofing.
- Improve and support the student experience
- Ensure song releases meet the needs and expectations of our students.
- Respond to student questions and feedback, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Establish and evolve best practices to deliver a high-quality student experience.
- Collaborate with onboarding and student experience teams to create a seamless first-touch experience.
- Partner with the product team to align features and functionality with student and content needs.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance how we connect with and support our students.
- Project Management
- Collaborate with the Director of Education Operations to ensure projects are well-tracked, clearly assigned, and set up for successful execution.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure educational releases are aligned with promotions and public-facing content, driving a cohesive and integrated experience across media, marketing, and education.
- 5+ years of experience playing and developing your chosen instrument
- 5+ years of teaching experience with a background in music education and knowledge of current/past pedagogy
- Music theory knowledge, with the ability to write, read, and proof notation/sheet music
- Proficiency in the English language (written and verbal)
- Excited and comfortable being on screen to film lessons/videos

- Key understanding of data management and collaboration through Google Docs, spreadsheets, Google Drive, and more
- Excellent English communication (written and verbal) skills, with particular attention to spelling and grammar
- Interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and manage talent in the studio
- Deep understanding of the instrument as it relates to the brand
- Deep understanding of modern social media, trends, and behaviours (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, Snapchat, etc.)
- Resourceful and able to research, and find the right people and tools to achieve results
- A Growth Mindset and willingness to learn new skills, a continuous learner
