POSITION OVERVIEW
As our Sales & Marketing Manager, you will be the strategic leader and consumer product specialist driving our commercial success. You'll serve as the critical bridge between sales, customers, marketing, and merchandising teams, ensuring we deliver the right products, at the right price, with the right positioning across all our channels.
You will own complete responsibility for portfolio strategy and category development across our customer base, lead pricing and positioning frameworks, orchestrate comprehensive business reviews, and ensure we consistently offer compelling, competitive, and innovative solutions. This is a senior, high-impact role for an experienced commercial professional who understands the retail landscape, thrives on strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution, and can translate market insights into commercial results.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Category & Portfolio Leadership
- Own and direct the complete product portfolio strategy for key customers, developing tailored, market-leading assortments
- Lead the planning and execution of seasonal collections, permanent ranges, and promotional strategies
- Drive portfolio structure optimization, including advanced segmentation, range architecture, and profitability analysis
- Set category vision and roadmap aligned with overall business objectives and market opportunities
Senior Key Account Management
- Serve as the strategic partner and primary relationship owner for our most important customers
- Develop and drive comprehensive, multi-year account strategies in collaboration with cross-functional leadership
- Identify and capture significant growth opportunities, leading negotiations and strategic initiatives
- Own account P&L responsibility and provide strategic guidance based on deep performance analysis
Commercial Strategy & Business Leadership
- Design and lead high-level business reviews for key customers, delivering strategic recommendations that shape future direction
- Architect competitive pricing frameworks and positioning strategies across the category
- Conduct sophisticated market analysis, synthesizing trends, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback into actionable strategies
- Drive innovation in product development, go-to-market approaches, and commercial models
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 7 years' experience in category management, product management, or strategic account management
- Proven track record of driving significant commercial results and managing strategic customer relationships
- Exceptional communicator, skilled at building consensus and driving change across organizations
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities; comfortable leading both high-level planning and detailed execution
- Demonstrated ownership mentality, initiative, and ability to thrive in complex, fast-moving environments
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken). Proficiency in additional European languages is highly valued
