We are currently looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Accounting Operations Assistant to support the accounting operations of our group companies.

The role focuses on supporting internal accounting operations and preparing organized bookkeeping records for external accounting service providers.


Companies & Location

  • Vitus Capital AG – an energy commodities trading company based in Zurich and active in international energy markets
  • Vitus Tech GmbH – a technology company based in Berlin


This position is based in our Berlin office.


Responsibilities

  • Processing and organizing invoices and accounting-related documentation
  • Matching invoices with completed payments and supporting records
  • Recording and maintaining bookkeeping entries in the accounting system
  • Preparing organized accounting documentation and ledger support records
  • Filing and maintaining financial and accounting documentation
  • Coordinating with external accounting providers
  • Supporting monthly and periodic accounting preparation processes
  • Reporting internally on accounting documentation and outstanding items
  • Helping maintain a structured and efficient accounting workflow within the company

Languages

The following language skills would be valuable:

  • German
  • English
  • Turkish


German language skills are especially valued for coordination with local service providers and documentation.
