As we continue to expand our operations, we seek to enrich our North American Team with the addition of a Inside Sales Manager.


If you’re someone who doesn’t just “manage leads” but actually knows how to build a high-performing inbound sales engine, this role is for you.

We’re looking for an Inside Sales Manager who can take ownership of lead generation, inbound conversion, and team performance — and turn it into predictable revenue growth.

This is a hands-on leadership role: you’ll manage your own pipeline and lead a growing inside sales team.

Responsibilities

You will take full ownership of the inbound sales motion, including:

  • Building and optimizing lead generation and inbound pipeline processes.
  • Managing the full lead-to-revenue funnel, ensuring high conversion efficiency at each stage.
  • Driving consistent improvement in inbound lead conversion rates.
  • Using HubSpot CRM as the core system to track pipeline health, team activity, and performance.
  • Setting up and continuously refining KPIs, dashboards, and sales metrics.
  • Leading, coaching, and developing an inside sales team to meet and exceed targets.
  • Monitoring daily/weekly performance and ensuring accountability across the team.
  • Managing your own pipeline and key opportunities while leading the team.
  • Collaborating with marketing and operations to improve lead quality and sales execution alignment.


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in inside sales, business development, or lead generation within 3PL, logistics, supply chain, or eCommerce fulfillment.
  • 3+ years of experience leading and managing sales teams.
  • Proven ability to improve inbound lead conversion performance.
  • Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar CRM systems.
  • Experience building or managing sales KPIs and performance tracking systems.
  • Strong execution mindset with both strategic thinking and operational discipline.
  • Ability to balance individual sales ownership + team leadership.
