What you will be working on:
- Identifying new clients as well as opportunities, and working with assigned clients and leads/potential new customers
- Conducting site surveys and assessing customer requirements using your technical expertise
- Creating complex security solutions with the help of our technical sales support team
- Reviewing drawings, specifications, and scopes of work to develop competitive proposals for large-scale projects across the GTA
- Building strong, trust-based client relationships through exceptional service and solution-driven thinking
- Collaborating with internal teams to support seamless project execution
- Staying informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings to contribute to business strategy

To set you up for success, we provide an enhanced transition compensation plan for new Account Executives, including reduced quotas during your first two years. You’ll also receive an established client portfolio along with a steady pipeline of new leads and opportunities.
Who are we looking for?
Essential qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience developing system solution proposals for commercial or industrial B2B clients
- Strong knowledge of security systems, including Access Control, CCTV, Intercom/Entry Systems, and Intrusion Systems
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in the security industry
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability
- Strong relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
Additional, ‘nice to have’ qualifications:
- Experience designing security systems
- Familiarity with QuickBooks, QuoteWerks, and SharePoint, ERP system
- Valid driver’s license and reliable access to a vehicle
