Scale My Meal Prep is hiring a high-performance Account Manager to support and scale client accounts across Meta Ads, Email Marketing, SMS Marketing, and website-related marketing initiatives.
This is a fast-paced, client-facing role for someone who is proactive, organized, creative, and confident taking ownership.
We are not looking for someone who simply completes assigned tasks. We are looking for a true operator. Someone who thinks ahead, solves problems independently, moves quickly, and genuinely cares about the quality of their work and client results.
You will be responsible for managing a large volume of client communication, campaign execution, optimizations, and internal coordination daily.
- Managing client accounts across Meta Ads, Email Marketing, and SMS Marketing
- Handling high-volume client communication (emails, calls, follow-ups)
- Reviewing campaign performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Executing campaign updates, optimizations, and testing directly
- Supporting website updates, landing page improvements, and offer implementation
- Writing or improving marketing copy, offers, headlines, and CTAs
- Coordinating with internal teams for creatives, websites, and deliverables
- Managing multiple priorities simultaneously without things falling behind
This is a high-volume, execution-heavy environment.
You will manage communication and tasks across 50–80 client interactions daily while balancing:
- Campaign optimizations
- Client requests
- Internal follow-ups
- Reporting
- Problem-solving
- Creative thinking
Some days are extremely fast-paced and unpredictable. We need someone who stays calm under pressure, adapts quickly, and takes initiative without needing constant direction.
We are specifically looking for someone who:
- Takes ownership naturally
- Moves quickly and follows through
- Is proactive instead of reactive
- Thinks critically and solves problems independently
- Communicates confidently with clients
- Is organized and detail-oriented under pressure
- Has strong marketing instincts and creative thinking
- Cares about outcomes, not just task completion
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with: META ADS, EMAIL MARKETING, SMS MARKETING
- Experience executing campaigns directly (not just assisting/supporting)
- Experience in client-facing environments
- Strong communication and copywriting skills
- Comfortable managing high workloads and multiple priorities daily
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment
- Ability to delegate tasks to graphic designers in a clear manor
- Website management / landing page optimization
- Klaviyo or similar email platforms
- Shopify experience
- Experience managing a large volume of client accounts
- Experience with creative strategy and offer development
