The Role
We’re looking for an experienced and strategic PR Account Director to lead client accounts, inspire teams, and drive high-impact campaigns. You’ll be the senior point of contact for key clients, responsible for shaping strategy, ensuring exceptional delivery, and identifying growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee multiple client accounts, ensuring high-quality delivery and results
- Develop and implement integrated PR strategies and campaigns
- Build strong, trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders
- Provide strategic counsel and handle high-level communications challenges
- Manage, mentor, and develop junior team members
- Drive new business opportunities, including pitches and proposals
- Monitor campaign performance and report on KPIs and ROI
About You
- Proven experience in a PR agency at Senior Account Director / Account Director level
- Strong media relations and a deep understanding of the communications landscape
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills
- Strategic thinker with a commercial mindset
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
