Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain user-facing web apps for resume uploads, job search, match scoring, and rewrite workflows.
• Design backend APIs supporting authentication, sessions, caching, search, and document processing.
• Integrate LLM-driven features for resume tailoring, job scoring, and personalized recommendations.
• Work with document extraction pipelines, vector search, and structured job/resume data.
• Improve performance, reliability, and cost efficiency across the stack.
• Collaborate on product decisions, UX improvements, and technical architecture.

Required Qualifications

• Frontend: Strong experience with modern full-stack development and web frameworks (React, Next.js, Vue, or similar).
• Backend: Proficiency in Python, Node.js, or equivalent for building APIs and deploying production software.
• Data & Infrastructure: Experience working with databases, search systems, and authentication caching.
• AI Integration: Comfort integrating third-party APIs and AI/LLM services.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice To Have)

• Experience with vector databases, OCR, document processing, or ATS/resume systems.
• Knowledge of semantic search or retrieval systems.
• Exposure to Redis, Postgres, pgvector, FAISS, or similar tools.
• Understanding of job search, recruiting, or ATS workflows.
• Experience optimizing cloud costs and latency for AI products.
