Brand and Commercial Manager - Alcoholic Beverage - 2 positions

Job brief

We are looking for a passionate and strategic Brand Manager (1 position) , and Commercial Manager ( 1 position) to join a dynamic and growing marketing team. This role will take the lead managing global brand - Alcoholic Beverage portfolio, driving both brand and sales growth through creative and channel management

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand & marketing strategies to strengthen brand positioning.
• Drive sales strategy and brand performance both On/Off-trade channel.
• Plan and manage online/offline communications and event activations to engage audiences.
• Conduct Market visits and after-hours checks to ensure brand excellence in touchpoint.
• Lead and inspiring a high performance teams.

Who we’re looking for;-

• A Brand Manager with strong business acumen, Strategic planning, creative mindset, deep understanding of the Alcoholic beverage Market at least +10 years , relevant to blended spirit/whiskey is preferred.
• The candidate should have experience in FMCG - alcoholic beverage marketing with strong understanding of trade marketing systems - including both marketing activities and distributor management.
• Possess the mindset of a “Local Brand Building” - not just a global brand executor.
• Able to working in the field such as upcountry operations, activation, sampling, on-trade promotion, etc.
