Are you passionate about crafting compelling visual stories and building beautiful, effective brand experiences? We’re looking for a talented Art Direction Specialist (f/m/d) to help shape the visual identity of our brand across all media and platforms.

Your Responsibilities At Waterdrop®

• Translate creative concepts into distinctive visual expressions across all mediums.
• Guide and define campaign look & feel, including layouts, typography, color, imagery, and visual storytelling, and lead visual execution across digital, print, packaging, motion, and in-store activations.
• Work closely with the Creative Director, Copywriters, Designers, and Producers to ensure cohesive and aligned output.
• Collaborate with stylists, set designers, DPs, photographers, illustrators, and other creative partners across shoots, productions, and campaigns, while ensuring alignment with brand strategy, product messaging, and business goals.
• Brief and direct internal and external designers, editors, and visual contributors, and oversee shoots, production days, and asset creation from concept to final delivery.
• Ensure brand consistency while continuously pushing visual innovation and quality standards.

Your Strengths And Qualifications

• You bring several years of experience in art direction or visual design within a brand, agency, or content-driven environment, supported by a strong portfolio across digital, print, packaging, and campaign systems.
• You are hands-on, able to lead both creative ideation and production execution, and known for your collaborative mindset, strong visual judgment, and excellent taste.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 55.000 gross per year on a full-time basis. Depending on your qualifications, there is the willingness for overpayment.
