Role Description

The Senior Software Engineer will design, develop, and implement robust software solutions, focusing on backend development and advanced programming techniques. This is a full-time, on-site role located in the New York City Metropolitan Area. Day-to-day responsibilities include coding, code review, system architecture design, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex technical challenges. The role also involves contributing to the optimization of AI-driven systems for industrial applications.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Agentic Harness Engineering
• Experience in database management and server-side programming
• Proficiency in Software Development methodologies and best practices
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and communicate complex technical concepts effectively
• Familiarity with AI and simulation software will be considered a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Prior experience in manufacturing, logistics, or defense industries is a bonus
