We’re partnering with a global drinks company to hire a Senior HR Operations Manager to support employees across EMEA & APAC from their Dublin headquarters.
This is a broad, hands-on role combining HR operations, employee relations, stakeholder partnering, and process improvement across multiple international markets.
The successful candidate will operate as the regional HR lead, partnering closely with senior leadership while ensuring day-to-day HR operations run effectively across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end HR operations across multiple countries
- Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination, benefits, and compliance
- Partner with senior stakeholders across commercial and operational teams
- Drive consistency and continuous improvement across HR processes and policies
- Support organisational change, workforce planning, and employee relations matters
- Manage and optimise HR systems, reporting, and HR data integrity
Experience Required
- 8+ years’ HR experience in a generalist and operational HR role
- Strong EMEA/multi-country experience (beyond UK & Ireland)
- Background in HR operations, employee relations, and stakeholder management
- Experience working in fast-paced, commercial environments (FMCG/consumer sector advantageous)
- Comfortable operating in a lean, hands-on environment
- Strong HRIS and process improvement capability
