Senior Technical Project Lead - .NET & Azure DevOps

We're looking for a senior Tech Lead for our client in Pharma. The main responsibility is to oversee specific squads and ensure projects are delivered in line with scope, contractual commitments, and legal or regulatory requirements.

Must have

• Experience in a GxP-related and pharmaceutical environment.
• Ervaring met het financieel beheren van budgetten van meer dan 2M.
• Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, and consultative skills.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Suite and other project management tools.

Skills Required

• Assess, evaluate, and implement requirements within the agreed project scope.
• Manage the project plan and budget.
• Take ownership of stakeholder expectations and help ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
• Coordinate multiple stakeholders, workstreams, and related tasks at the same time.
• Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Apply risk management by identifying potential issues early and implementing solutions when timelines, budgets, or business operations may be impacted.
• Lead and inspire a technical team, including developers, business analysts, technical writers, and testers.
• Use Azure DevOps effectively to drive and manage the backlog.
• Manage the delivery of custom-built solutions, for example within .NET and Angular technology environments.
• Work comfortably in the dynamic setting of a technical organization.
• Apply Agile project management methodologies and techniques in day-to-day delivery.
• Show a strong interest in sound project management practices and share experience with others.
• Interest in AI technology is a plus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in project management.
