You Will Have Responsibilities Including But Not Limited To

  • Supervise the Recovery Support Staff (RSS) supervisors and document all supervisions in Relias, 
  • Oversee and assign duties to Recovery Support Staff.
  • Train and onboard new RSS staff.
  • Develop the weekly RSS schedule and ensure coverage for all shifts.  
  • On call after hours to RSS for any emergencies.  
  • Conduct monthly RSS staff meetings.  
  • Develop, with the Program Director, the RSS staff meeting agendas and attend all case conferences weekly.  

Job Details

  • Wainscott Residential - East Hampton, NY
  • Full Time-non-exempt
  • Salary range $20.48 - $30.67 hourly

Qualifications

REQUIRED EDUCATION

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
  • Bachelor’s degree a plus

LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS

  • CASAC preferred
  • Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor – Trainee (CASAC) in good standing

Required Experience

  • Minimum two years’ experience working in a substance use disorder treatment setting, including working with patients with co-occurring disorders.
  • Experience with case management and knowledge of and/or experience substance abuse, mental health, health, vocational/educational/training, and housing systems.
