Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Analyst to ensure accurate document processing and maintain high-quality standards. This role involves reviewing work, identifying errors, providing feedback, and supporting both on-site and remote staff.
Position Responsibilities
- Review documents for accuracy before submission.
- Identify and assign processing errors to agents.
- Train new employees on document types and QA processes.
- Provide feedback to help agents improve performance.
- Support work-from-home and on-site staff via daily chat.
- As a QA analyst they are expected to ensure the document is processed correctly before submitting.
- They are required to assign errors to the agents when a document is processed incorrectly and caught in the QA que. Members of the QA team train new employees on different document types, they go over errors with the keyers, so they understand what they did wrong when processing a document. Members of the QA team also answer questions for our Work from home staff as well as the agents on site in the IDC chat used daily.
- High School dipolma
- 1-2 years of experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience with QA or document processing preferred.
- Comfortable training and mentoring staff.
Schedule: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday, and Saturdays as needed
with occasional over time. and also works on Saturdays when a holiday falls on a Monday and we are closed.
Weekly Hours: 36–40 hours
