Listing System Management Officer

Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and enhancement of registration, evaluation, and reporting systems, including XBRL-based systems.
- Participate in system design, documentation, and optimization of system-based business processes.
- Manage and maintain systems related to listing processes, disclosure, and reporting to ensure reliability and performance.
- Perform data processing, analysis, and dashboard development to support internal decision-making and monitoring activities.
- Develop and implement automation initiatives (e.g., using Power Automate / Power Apps) to improve operational efficiency.
- Conduct initial troubleshooting and issue analysis for system-related problems, and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders for resolution.
- Support user training, helpdesk activities, and system socialization to listed companies and relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain and update databases related to listed companies, securities, special notations, and monitoring boards.
- Support information dissemination through IDX platforms in accordance with service level agreements (SLA).
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including exploring new technologies (e.g., AI) to enhance system capabilities.
Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in system development, data analysis, or IT-related roles.
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of business application systems, business analysis, and IT project management.
- Familiar with data processing, analytics, and database handling (e.g., SQL).
- Experience with automation tools such as Power Automate / Power Apps.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI.
- Understanding of stock exchange business and operations is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Familiar with or experienced in operating systems based on XBRL. (Prefered Qualification).
- Strong communication and public speaking skills.
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capability.
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Minimum GPA min. 3.00 (out of 4.00)
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office, MS Excel, & Power Point)
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English (verbal and written)
- Knowledge of Capital Market will be an advantage.
